Ingredients

6 inches ginger root

1 cup water

6 lemons, juiced

16 tsp honey

2 tsp turmeric

Directions

Blend ginger with water, then strain.
Add lemon juice, tumeric, honey and blend again. Taste and adjust to your liking.

Take 1 oz. before meals.
